6-Week Explosive power & Durability Program
This comprehensive, generalised 6-week gym program is designed to build the foundational strength, explosive power, and injury resilience critical for reaching the highest level you can in your chosen contact sport. Recognizing the unique demands of your sport this program focuses on developing a robust physique capable of dominating the competition. Please note, this programming is for atheltes who are at an intermidiate or advanced level in the gym. Please see our other option if you are beginning your Strength and conditioning journey.
Over six progressive weeks, you'll engage in a structured blend of:
